How much does it cost to join?
Vehicall PRO is commission-free and 100% free to join and use, with a great set of tools in the free tier. Optional PRO Plus and PRO Elite subscriptions unlock enhanced features but are not required for basic operation. We are focused on growing the network and providing maximum value to our independent partners.
Do I need to offer mobile and workshop?
No. In the app you choose mobile, workshop, or both, and you only receive requests that match. A mobile-only technician never sees a workshop booking, and vice versa.
How does the quoting work?
There are no bidding wars. You see the vehicle, the damage and the location, then submit your best professional quote. If the driver accepts, they call you directly to arrange it. You can withdraw any unaccepted quote in the app.
What about insurance-funded jobs?
You deal with the customer as you would any walk-in. Whether the work is paid privately or claimed back through their insurer is between you and them — Vehicall is not involved in the claim.
Can I quote for ADAS recalibration?
Yes. Requests carry the registration, so you can see whether the vehicle needs a camera recalibration and price the full job, including it.
When do I get paid?
You collect payment directly from the customer. Vehicall never handles the money or takes a cut, so your cash flow stays with you.
