How much does it cost to join?
Vehicall PRO is commission-free and 100% free to join and use, with a great set of tools in the free tier. Optional PRO Plus and PRO Elite subscriptions unlock enhanced features but are not required for basic operation. We believe in proving our value first, which is why we offer a 0% commission model on all MOT bookings.
How do I receive bookings?
Job requests are broadcast to your phone via the Vehicall PRO app. You submit your quote, and if the customer accepts, they will contact you directly via phone to finalize the booking.
Can I limit or withdraw job quotes?
Yes. You have total control. You can choose which requests to quote for, and if your capacity changes, you can withdraw any unaccepted quote via the app. The customer will be notified instantly.
How does payment work?
The customer pays you directly at your station. Vehicall does not handle the transaction, ensuring you get your money directly without any processing fees from us.
What information do I get before a booking?
You'll receive the vehicle registration (VRM), make, model. This allows you to quote for any additional work that may be required.
