How much does it cost to join?
Vehicall PRO is commission-free and 100% free to join and use, with a great set of tools in the free tier. Optional PRO Plus and PRO Elite subscriptions unlock enhanced features but are not required for basic operation. We are focused on growing the network and providing maximum value to our independent partners.
What does a misfuel request tell me?
The fuel the driver put in and roughly how much, whether the engine has been started or driven, the vehicle's registration, make and model, their location on the map, and any photos they added.
How does the quoting work?
There are no bidding wars. You see the details and submit your best professional quote. If the driver accepts, they call you directly. You can withdraw any unaccepted quote in the app.
Are these always urgent?
Usually. Misfuel requests are emergency call-outs — the driver is at a forecourt or roadside and wants to move today. Quote quickly and keep your radius realistic.
Can I offer other roadside services too?
Yes. Tick as many categories as you cover in the app — jump starts, tyres and recovery are common pairings — and you'll receive requests for each.
When do I get paid?
You collect payment directly from the customer. Vehicall never handles the money or takes a cut, so your cash flow stays with you.
