Between users:

• Consumers see Supplier business details, ratings, and quotes
• Suppliers see Consumer service requests, vehicle details, and contact information

With service providers:

• Cloud hosting and database services
• Push notification services
• Driving-distance calculation services (we do not provide navigation or directions; these providers only receive the two locations needed to calculate a distance)
• Map display services (Apple Maps on iOS, Google Maps on Android)
• Vehicle information services
• Payment processing services (Supplier subscriptions only)
• Transactional email services
• Error monitoring services (anonymous crash reports)

5. International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK. We ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) are in place.

• Active accounts: Until deletion
• Temporary accounts: Flagged as expired after their 7-day validity period; account data is retained (not deleted) to preserve job history, and the account can later be upgraded to a full account
• Completed job records: Retained to preserve service history and ratings
