Vehicall PRO Fees Schedule

1. Subscription Plans

All prices exclude VAT. VAT is charged at the applicable UK rate.

2. Payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• We accept credit and debit cards
• Failed payments: we will notify you and the payment will be retried. If payment is not resolved, your subscription is downgraded to the free PRO plan and paid features are disabled — your account is not suspended, and you can resubscribe at any time

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation terms — including how to cancel and when access ends — are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

4. Refunds & Disputes

Refund eligibility, the dispute process, and our position on chargebacks are set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Price Changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice of price increases. New prices apply from your next billing date after the notice period.
